How do I change or reset my password?

Forgot your password or want to have a new one ? We explain what you have to consider.

As access to CATI varies according to user and organization, there are different ways to change your CATI password. We will explain your current options below.

1. BKU-Users:

BKU-Users use their BKU-password for login to CATI. This password can be locally changed for your BKU-client with the shortcut Strg + Alt + Delete and then change password.

2. Non-BKU-Users (colleagues of DB Schenker, Arriva oder externals)

After activation of the CATI account, non-BKU-users receive one-time-passwords for initial login, that have to be changed to personal passwords when users log in for the first time. If you want to change your personal password once again, please send an email with the request to reset your password to cati.team@deutschebahn.com.

You will then receive a new initial password, which must be changed during the first login
